Work Environment Policy

Bergteamet AB is always working with development in our working methods in order to improve our working environment. Here follows our working environmental policy:

Work Environment is a natural and integrated part of the business. Good health, safety and good welfare are a prerequisite for effective and profitable business. Good work environment will prevent ill health and accidents at work, interference in the environment, and also otherwise create an environment that is perceived as acceptable by the stakeholders.

Overall objective:

- We will keep us updated with current legislation and regulations in occupational health and safety, and ensure their enforcement.

- We will work in a way that we do not expose ourselves or others for injury.

- We will work to ensure that all personnel are involved in creating a good and pleasant working environment.

- Acute occupational safety and health issues will be resolved and addressed as soon as possible and long term issues to be addressed in the company's action plan so that our environmental standards are constantly improved.

- We must act and behave in such a way that we feel good at work, taking into account each other and create confidence in each other.

- All employees shall, as far as possible be informed about the firm's ability and plans.

- Everyone must work to prevent accidents, occupational injuries and illnesses so that our low level of sick leave retained.

- We will take advantage of all the conditions and providing opportunities to develop.

- Increase safety and security based on the systematic OSH and fire protection work.

Implementation / Responsibilities:

All employees are expected to take personal responsibility and commitment to health and the environment both at work and at leisure. Everyone shall contribute to the work to be done with minimum risk to self and others safety. Hazards, injuries and emissions should be urgently addressed and reported to the superior Line Manager representing the employer, and leading the working work in their field of activity as obtained and implemented in each delegation letter.
