Reaming of a vertical 677 m shaft with the reaming diameter of 2.4 m.
Project description
Reaming of a 677 m long ventilation shaft at the Henty Gold Mine in Tasmania. The pilot hole was hammered out to the required diameter (2.4 meters) of the raisebore drill string. The shaft served the ventilation needs in the vicinity of the Mt Julia South deposit as mining progressed both deeper and to the south.

Robbins 73, Sandvik reamer and cutters.
