Sterling HEGA 5006 pump

To create stabile pressure and sufficient waterflow to ensure good cutting clearance out of the pilot hole and the important information water pillar we use a high-pressure multistage pump, like the Sterling HEGA 5006 pump.

Accurate flow meter

In order to observe the water flow fluctuations and to prevent under or overflowing the tool you will need an accurate flow meter.

Transducer unit

The pulser pressure drops is detected by the transducer unit, mounted on the pressure pump outline.

Decoding unit

The decoding unit is placed at the operator console and contains of one nanodec and one standard LapTop unit. The machine operator can continuously follow the status of the electronics, hydraulics and the fluctuations in x and y directions. The operator experience will tell when to remove the tool and replace it with the backup tool.
