Our heritage
Originally a predecessing sister company to Bergteamet, one might argue that the M E C Division is its true backbone. Bergteamet actually sprung from the extensive know-how about mining, machines and technical solutions we represent. And since 2010 even including what used to
be auxiliary departments to Boliden AB.
During the first decade of rapid expansion for the company's operative divisions, our main task was to support
their operations world wide. Now, we have eventually come a full turn and are again offering our services to the
international mining industry.
Mining Equipment Construction
Using high end technology the M E C Division designs and manufacture practically everything needed for underground operations and our workshops and mobile teams are frequently engaged in rebuilding, overhauling and upgrading heavy machinery on behalf of anything from local contractors to multinational mining corporations.
From time to another we are also employed for purchase support and technical consulting.
Services also include pioneering installations and, literally, ground breaking work where heavy machinery not yet can be employed.
