Three Specialized Departments

The Electro Division is divided into three specialized departments:

Mobile Power

Named after our Mobile Power System, this department manufacture custom built:
 - Interlocking installation equipment, such as;
 - Disconnectors, transformers, switchgears, etc. either as modules or as complete systems built into ISO containers.
 - Equipment for process control or automation.
 - Outlet boxes, apparatus/alarm/data cabinets, power centrals.

Whatever the product in question may be, you can rely on the security of quality components and trained staff only using the best available equipment for manufacturing and final testing.

Power Installations

Thanks to our unique background, this department is experienced from work during practically every circumstances and in any environment, whether above or underground. They are used to extreme demands for safety and functionality concerning:

 - New or re-installation of wiring, cabling, outlet or splitter boxes.
  - Line construction, cable ducting in shafts and high tension power installations.
 - Power installations for hoists and cranes.
 - Systems for energy saving and load control.
 - Control systems for process, ventilation and signal equipment.
 - Radio equipment for wireless control of high tension applications.
 - Telecom or computer network installations, systems for surveillance, passage control, fi re and burglar alarms.

Power Technology

This is the electrical design department within Bergteamet Electro. Our engineers are experts in designing power distribution systems and automation solutions ranging from 24 V to 24 kV. By being responsive to our clients, Power Technology has over the years contributed to their competitiveness by offering cutting edge solutions lasting over time. Services provided by Power Technology include:

 - Pre-study and dimensioning.
 - Risk assessment for equipment and entire systems, consulting and support.
 - CAD design, PLC and HMI programming.
 - CAN, DeviceNet, Profibus, EtherCat Network configuration, build-up and troubleshooting.
 - Commissioning and inspections
